The United Kingdom Warehousing Association (2002), in the case of Warehousing business. If the goods are being handled by a third party carrier, in accordance with the terms of business of that carrier. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the third party carrier and the other above standard terms and conditions, Warrant Group Limited will determine in its absolute discretion which of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
